 Cancellations and Refunds

This policy Includes non-open enrollment Application Classes & ALL Technical Classes, Private Groups, On-Sites, Instructor Rentals, and Room Rentals. Cancellations can be made eleven (11) or more business days prior to the schedule training date at no charge. For cancellations made ten (10) business days or less prior to the scheduled training date, 100% of the fee for the class will be invoiced. Open Enrollment Applications Classes: There is no charge for cancellations that are made six (6) or more business days prior to the scheduled training date. Cancellations that are made five (5) business days or less of the scheduled training date will charged the full price of the class. No-shows and late arrivals will be charged same as late cancellation.
