Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend a course you are registered for, please:
During this phone conversation or email, please indicate whether you would like to reschedule or cancel your course. These changes must be made at least 5 business days in advance to avoid being charged for the course. You will have the opportunity to attend the course within 6 months of the original course date at no additional charge.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the start time of a course may forfeit their seat. Students arriving more than 30 minutes after the start time of the course are subject to rescheduling. Our goal is to provide you with the greatest value from you investment in training. Therefore, being prompt to each course is requested.
